Close to town, nice breakfast, clean and always feeling trays as they were getting empty. quiet area.

Was able to get a room before 3pm
Room had lots of broken items such as bathroom door, toilet rocked back and forth; very noisy, heard everything and everyone up and down; pool area very dirty and cloudy water; one first floor, window directly out to back parking lot, did not feel safe.

The bed was very comfortable. Hotel location is central in Kenai with easy access to all local points. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast item comparable to other hotels in this price range.
Room very small for the price charged. Curtain did not seal out all light in the evening hours. Opening the window for fresh air not easy. Complaint about water noise in commode did not result in any noticeable action (noise was still there when I checked out). No sound insulation between rooms - I heard all that was said in the adjacent room (104). Room was not very clean and it seemed that sheets were not changed every day but I am not sure of that.

The bathroom were incredibly small with the sink outside of the bathroom. It was a warm night and the hotel was very hot with little air movement. Had to have the window open and very noisy to try to sleep. Sheets felt like they had sand on them, so I'm not sure of the cleanliness.

24 hour service available, breakfast was wonderful, beds comfortable, nice shower heads, even our friends commented on the nice shower heads (I've been in many hotels in the past 30 years due to business travel and vacations, a lot of shower heads and weak, single stream).
Not a thing! Keep up the great work! I was a secretary to a hotel manager years ago, and you run a tight ship, very well done!.
