Convenience to the airport
Yes--We complained to the wait staff and the dining room supervisor about the black fly on our food. None of them did anything helpful other to take the meal away. We were not provided replacement meals or any complimentary meal. The breech of service was certainly below our expectations of an Intercontinental hotel.
