I would to say thank you so much for the champagne - we did not expect!!! :-)

The New Year Eve Party guests on the 7th floor who did not shut it down till just before 7 am. :-(

I liked the idea of the casino being adjoined so as to make the movement the hotel room to and from the room. This was the main reason for staying at the hotel

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet.

$16/day paid parking in a hotel in Kelowna????!!!! The hotel was very overpriced for the services received. It was, at best, a mediocre room for an inflated price. Not even a bonus breakfast.

The staff were always cheerful & helpful.

The keys worked well in the elevator, but never worked well in the room door. after re-programming the keys, sometimes it took ten or twelve tries to open the door.
