I have been staying at the Coast Capri for over 40 years and I find that although it is an aging hotel, it is very well maintained, well modernized and updated so that I find it a great stay every time. The pool is a focal point and again well maintained, clean and well furnished with enough room for all. Staff is great, always have been and for the cost, a great value.

Location was excellent.....close to everything I wanted. Had room service one night....fairly fast delivery....food good..Only thing I would change is to have a medium roast coffee instead of the dark roast....a little too strong for me.

I only stayed one night and was gone by 8:00 am the next morning. I was very comfortable and really appreciated being able to open my sliding glass doors when I went to bed. Often hotel rooms are stuffy and warm which make it difficult to sleep. My room was perfect.

Stayed one night while waiting for flight from Kelowna.
Young lady and young man who provided shuttle service are excellent at their jobs.
I called the toll free number and was quoted a total price of $171.64 all taxes included. There was no mention of this being in US funds. When I arrived at the hotel to check in they didn't explain this to me either. I will never use your hotel again.

The Staff, location and food was wonderful but....please see below
We stayed in a suite #649, the floor plan is not at all convenient or suitable for more than one person. There is no closet at entrance, the closet is located inside the bathroom (bad choice) and the full mirror is at entrance rather than in bedroom. very awkward and unsuitable.

Breakfast Buffet was great
Room Service trays remained in the hallways in excess of 15 hours without being picked up by staff
The toilet bowl looked like it had not been cleaned in some time
