The room was clean
We had to wait 3 hours after the designated check in time to get in our room after a very long drive.
The heater did not work and blew in cold air.
The lobby had a very unpleasant odor.
I lost an earring in the room and called about it and have not yet had a call back.
I was very disappointed and will never stay in a Ramada again.

Main reason for choosing Kearney Inn and Convention Center: Location
Bed was comfortable, room had fridge and microwave which was nice. Staff was wonderful. They would have refunded some of our stay if we hadn't booked from Hotels.com because of the toilet, see below.
Everything in the room seems clean, bed, floor, towels. the underside of the toilet seat however was really dirty with pee and poop stain.
