Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport, an IHG Hotel

I wasn't pleased with the reservations. To start with, when the reservations where made the spokes person referenced free wifi, parking and breakfast. The front desk at the hotel said breakfast was not included. Secondly, the front desk quoted approximately 210.00 for a room for someone with a AAA membership. It would have been nice if I was asked that when the reservation was made instead of finding this when I brought the membership up at the hotel. It equates to me paying roughly an 80.00 dollar overcharge as I booked two room. As of now, if I don't hear back from you, I probably won't use your reservation process again.

Easy access and no congestion. Good staff.

CHECK IN....tried to push king bed after showing her my confirmation got my double. After hours restaurant service....45 minute wait...after 10 pm bartender explained the problem and gave me a muffin because I hadn't eaten all day and didn't want to wait. Accomodation was appreciated.

The food in the bar was excellent and so was the guy working there!

Personale molto cordiale, barista era molto divertente e piacevole da visitare con. Gli autisti della navetta erano molto cordiale anche. Ci torneremo. AAA + + +

Era confortevole. Il ristorante era aperto fino a tardi, in modo da poter ottenere qualcosa da mangiare senza lasciare.

Bisogno di controllare su google maps, le nostre indicazioni ci avevano alla ricerca di una strada che non stava mostrando il cartello stradale.
