Bien situé (région du parc national des glaciers) Prestation et qualité correctes
A notre arrivée,nous avons eu une chambre (pourtant réputée "surclassée") aux fenêtres bloquées (mécanisme défectueux). La réception a fini par nous proposer une autre chambre. A noter qu'un vieux post-it indiquait "pièce en commande". Visiblement rien n'avait été réparé depuis un certain temps ...

The staff was friendly and responsive; the location (closeness to Glacier National Park) is very good.
The a/c unit in the room was dangerously overloaded and kept me up due tot he electrical burning smell. We had a very fitful sleep due to the smell - I kept worrying we'd have an electrical fire.

Location convenience; cut back on bed changing etc. Friendliness of the staff. The continental breakfast. Affordable

The front desk clerk was very nice. We were relocated to a quieter room as soon as we arrived because our room smelled of cigarette smoke from the young men below our room. The hotel was easy to locate, parking was great and the hotel entrance was very nice. The breakfast was quite good,

Very clean
They advertise wi-fi in every room.....but only had it in lobby. False ad.
