I liked just everything about the hotel. It was a compact luxury location. Staff were helpful and obliging. The Lu'au wss very professional if I may call it that. The overall ambiance was exactly what we were looking for in the very best of Hawaii. We spent time at Hilo and Waikiki too, but Kona Courtyard will live especially in our memories. Mahalo Nui Noa

Thanks for upgrading us to an ocean view room. The room was very spacious, we enjoy that. Your hotel location is very convenient to all the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. Had a good time, but wished your bathroom could be larger...

Great location and we enjoyed the Herb Kane display.
We thought we had purchased breakfast with the rooms and it was embarrassing to find out that it wasn't included. On departure, we ended up in the middle of the underwear race on Wednesday because the flyer at the hotel had the incorrect time for the race. I guess it seems funny now, but we didn't think so while trying to make a u-turn amidst oblivious pedestrians and race participants.

We liked everything. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with anything we ask or needed. The room was very nice as well,clean comfortable, couldn't ask for more. The Breakfast Buffett was awsome. The luau was top notch. Entertaining from beginning to end, great food too. Couldn't have been happier with our stay !!!

Good location. Did not like been charged for parking.
When I checked in the room, there were used cups and trash in the room.
