Good parking. The rooms arę Clean. Food is good the bar is a great way to relax. I have stayed there since the late 80s. And brought my softball team there. In 90s. Keep,up the good work.

Location.
I have stayed many times at the TL for over 20 years. This last one was the most disappointing. The place appears to be run down and not as well kept up as in the past. There are now nicer places to stay in Juneau for the money.

The bar and resturant
It was 83 degrees when we checked in. The rooms were very hot with only a small fan. When I complained the desk clerk and van driver giggled and said "that's the Alaska way." Also TV in first room didn't work and I had to change rooms.

The room was a nice size. Though the furnishing were outdated, it was clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was within walking distance of the airport. The staff was friendly and courteous.

This was my first trip to Alaska to see my son and his family. I live in Nevada and I am used to having a restaurant, pool, shuttle, internet access and employees being knowledgeable. I was tired when I landed in Juneau. I was ready for a good meal, a micro brew, and a comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely stay here in the near future when I come to see my kids! That will be soon, and I look forward to it. Cindy Levee Reno, Nevada
