It was very clean and the people were really nice.
It was close to the Nugget Mall and a bit of a drive to town, but was worth it.

Generally it was a nice stay. Pleasant people, good location, food and service nice overall.
Could never get the TV to work - both times I've stayed - had the same room in May 2012 and January 2013. Daytime staff could use a little more energy being available for serving guest needs and wants. (night crew was great)

The staff, except for one person (see below) was excellent.Kathy the van driver, Jamal and others behind the desk, the folks in the bar, etc.
The young man van driver who took us to the airport was a low point. Did not help with bags, etc.

The only uncomfortable part of our stay was the night shift shuttle driver. This person had a personality and attitude that took away from a generally very good experience. The afternoon shift shuttle driver was very nice!
