Staff was able to accommodate me last second for a pick up from the airport and was also able to help me get to the grocery store. Very quiet and relaxing hotel!
Beds could have been a little softer but besides that the rooms were great and beautiful.

It was half the price of other facilities and yet had all the amenities I needed for an overnight stay for departure from Juneau airport

Close to airport
The room was extremely hot even with the windows open. Because of the open window, the street noise kept me awake. The vending machine didn't have bottled water replenished.

The staff was super friendly-they always had coffee and snacks available for crazy travel hours and a FREE shuttle service to and from the ferry and airport. My last day in Juneau, I had a very early flight out(before their daily shuttle service began) so they arranged and paid for a taxi to pick me up at the motel and drive me to the airport. I was so grateful.
Sheets thin and worn. Tub-shower super slow to drain.

There was a shuttle to and from the Ferry, and to the Celebration 2014 event we came for. The staff was cheerful,friendly and helpful. On non-Celebration days, the city bus system has a major stop a block or so from the motel, and we used it several times. We also ate at the McDonalds, the Canton, and a local steakhouse as well as getting soup and pastries from the Breeze By. This was our second stay with the Super 8, and probably not our last.
The elevator was broken the first time we were ascending the stair, and for us old folks that's no fun. However the staff carried the bags, and the next morning the elevator was working so all was well.

Clean rooms…nice staff….
The breakfast needs much improvement…first morning there out of coffee, they made another pot…had to wait…and then no napkins or cups. We went to out room to bring the cups from there. No excuse for not having them…no fruit and one kind of sweet cinnamon type rolls…could not eat them. So we bought muffins, etc for the next morning and just drank their coffee.

Quiet and a very comfortable bed
Breakfast a little bleak, toast and cereal, no fruit or bagels or other stuff

The transpertation, the desk clerks were very nice
There were no bath towels, the floor was very dirty and the shower had no pressure, the place needs an upgrade, i always stay there and was disappointed this time
