Everything but one thing

Since I went through hotels one for 3 rooms I had to use my credit card for both of them and we could not change that when we arrived at the hotel so it was just inconvenient to get all checked in then had e my brother in law have to write me a check for his room instead of using his card for his room

It was comfortable and clean. The staff consisted of only 2 people on a Saturday evening and they did a great job.

The price of a 12 ounce beer was almost $5.

If we hadn't been charged twice and still haven't received a credit on our account, I wouldn't change a thing. Why is your charge $50 more than the hotel charge. We will only book at hotel from now on. No saving using online reservations.

Very nice Hotel. Everything was wonderful...

Except the basketball team that was staying there. Bad chaparones The Staff handled the problem as soon as I let them know about it. Good recovery on their part.
