Main reason for choosing KSL Hotel & Resort: Location
Can bring family for shopping n short break I wish can give better price
Hopefully can do more for handicap n counter service they like to group than to serve
Waiting time to lomg checking is already late n check out earlier staff need more alert
slow service but overall not too bad can be improved n family room .
