Loved the rustic theme of the hotel and the mini-lounges throughout the hotel. They made it feel like less of the cookie-cutter hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were very clean.
Weekend breakfast hours started a little late for us.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Several years ago. If I have anything negative I would say that the facility isn't as fresh as it could be. It wasn't dirty or anything like that at all. Just needs a little attention. Carpet, paint, some of the furnishings.

We like the North Woods decor, the friendly staff and the location. It is close to the freeway, but we have seen deer from our hotel window during past visits. We seldom use the pools or the hot tub, but we enjoy the walking paths and outdoor seating areas. Having a bar in the hotel where we can meet friends is a nice bonus.

Easy check-in, convenient, accommodating. It was a busy weekend for state track we were grateful to get a room that met our needs. We spent two evenings there, and we were pleased With the stay in the service. All staff were friendly and very accommodating - thank you !
