Bathroom was huge! Clean and lots of towels. Convenient to ETSU and downtown.
Mattress needed turning around and I hated the pillows but that is my fault for not bringing my own.

I love this hotel!!! It is always clean, the beds are soooooo comfortable!!! I don't feel like I have to wear socks while walking around the room. I wish there were more of these around!!!

Convenient for us, really enjoyed the spa and restaurant. Room was lean and housekeeping was efficient.
No robes in the room. Room was dark and worn.

Very comfortable. Roomy. Quiet except for train.
No thermometer on heat to know temperature setting. Bathtub drain leaked so would not hold water.

It was clean and convenient & pet friendly
Our stay was during graduation, there was a few loud & rude moments, however, this had nothing to do with the hotel.

The Carnegie Hotel in Johnson City, TN is of the quality we've experienced in NYC City and Boston. The decor and amenities are competitive with any fine hotel. The restaurant exuded an upscale but comfortable "clubby" atmosphere, much like landmark properties in Boston's Copley Square. Food and service were very good, though Wellington's should offer a true "Beef Wellington" rather than the "deconstructed" alternative that rather missed the mark - our only mild criticism. We will visit Johnson City frequently in the future and will make the Carnegie Hotel our first choice on those occasions.
