The helpful and cheery staff at all levels.the connection with the football academy is great.the lovely big bed,the constant supply of hot water and the power shower.my boyfriend whos with the academy was quite jealous of my room!!sorry lins!oh and the room service was fantastic and the portions extremely generous.i didnt get to the spas but noticed the pricing to be very reasonable.i will be sure to check them out on my next visit.
The location didnt suit me personally.
