The room was nice
We paid an upcharge for an oceanside suite , and our view was the back of another building , we thought oceanside meant you could see the ocean , very very very misleading....if you cant see the ocean , why is there an upcharge to be on the oceanside?

The staff was very friendly. Proximity to the beach and use of the bicycles to tour the island was nice. The restaurant was of good quality.
Our suite needs some work. The grout around the tub needs to be redone. It looks dirty even though I tried to clean it. Rooms could do with a new coat of paint. The kitchen could have been cleaner also. Upgraded, it would be a lovely suite.

This was my second time at the Villa, last time stayed at condo 501, this time at 502 Stanton. Both was great, could not have been better.
Two years ago, the pier, was broken, from the hurricane,this year it had one step broken, and they was nails sticking up. Other than that unsafe condition there was nothing.
