Really sweet.

Staff was rude, untrained at desk; checked in with 2 days reservations, given the wrong room and walked in on several women and children; next day they asked me to pay an additional $40 for the room upgrade they mistakenly gave to me. would not stay there again.

Right on the ocean, have stayed there before, no problems.
Not the hotels fault, but island is building new convention center next door, so dirt/noise evident.
