The pool is the nicest part, kids absolutely loved it.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel. The shower had a hole in the wall where the soap dispenser had been. It appears that the carpeting needs to be replaced. My other family members stayed at the newer side, and that room was very nice.

The waiting to check in.There should of been full staff at desk.3:00 only had 2 and once in awhile 3 staff working at the desk.while there were over 100 guests waiting in loneliness went through casino.Ridiculous!then the girl that took care of check in was rude.Told her I didn't stand in line for 45 min.to be abused.poor girl was stressing with the back up. what's up with airconditioner?unbearably HOT in casino.hallways hot elevator lobby and elevators too.room airconditioner was great.i will try again hope you fix these problems.

At Whiskey Pete's nothing
We came as a group and when we walked into one of the rooms that we paid for the bed wasn't made. My room's bed was dirty and my wife and I slept in my clothes. The hole eexperience forced us to stay the second nite at another one of your hote. It didn't provide a good experience for me or my wife. It was a waste of money far as I'm concerned.

Yes, It was very pleasant - just an FYI everything we walked into an employee in the hallway - they always said hello. Very Nice Touch.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and polite.
I DID NOT LIKE THE BIG BUG'S, AND THE ANT'S. THEY WERE IN THE BATHROOM AND ON THE BEDROOM FLOOR.

The price was right. The IHOP restaurant was busy at times, but not so busy that we had to wait long.
NO WORKING ICE MACHINES.

Ease of finding room. No stairs to climb to get to room.
No working ice machine. Bottom of tub was very slick (maybe add a bath at?). I almost fell.

Ice machine on the 14th floor didn't work , had to go to another floor for ice broke all the time during my stay.
