Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

I stayed there last year and it was much cleaner than this time. The air conditioning units were inadequate for the 95 degree weather during the 4 days I stayed there.

The location was convenient and the price was lower than other motels in the area.

The appearance was shabby. I had to get a toilet plunger from the front desk to unplug the toilet. The shower drain was plugged with hair, etc.

It was clean and very comfortable with few stairs. And I really liked walking in to the room and it was nice and warm,we had to stop because of a snow storm.

Location and some of the staff.

Hair dry did not work in my room and they did not have a portable one for use. Had to dry hair by heater fan. Needless to say - bad hair day.

A real issue we had was the carpet in the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it was extremely dirty - to the extent you didn't feel you could walk around in your bare feet.
