I left a very special picture in a frame in the room after I checked out. They called me to let me know and I was able to return and get it.

Staff was friendly and willing to meet requests if at all possible. We love staying here as it is close to my parents and downtown Jacksonville. You can walk to town and it is a very peaceful locations.

We only had a one night stay, but in Jacksonville, in August a room for one night can be very hard to come by, so, that was great. The location was a bit outside of town, but still within easy walking distance to the main part of town. The room was spacious, clean and quiet.
The bed was a bit hard for me and the towels could use and upgrade. The continental breakfast was a bit sparse.
