The lovely white bedding.
We had four people in our room but only two bath towels. The staff quickly delivered additional towels when we called for them, but I feel the hotel should have anticipated the need for more since they obviously know how many guests are in a room.

The shuttle service was soooooooooooooo helpful!
The air-conditioner kept waking me up---too loud. I am still waiting for my $60 deposit.

Staff was very friendly.
The staff should have a designated smoking area. We were staying in room 104 by the exit door and every time we exited to go to our car, staff were out there smoking and you had to cut through a cloud of smoke to get to your car.

We stayed at Jacksonville SpringHill Suites because we had a plane to catch in the morning. The room and lobby were gorgeous. Ridiculously convenient to the airport! We checked in around 1 and had the rest of the day free. We mentioned St. Augustine to the front desk clerk and she pulled out a book with coupons and maps. Saved us 10% on lunch! Breakfast is included, with make-your-own waffles that couldn't be easier, or more delicious. If there is a next time, we'll stay longer. St. Augustine is worth another visit.
