Nice Hotel with a great location on the St. Johns River. We enjoyed the pool and also took advantage of the Jacksonville River Taxi that stops right at the hotel. Views of the river and downtown Jacksonville are very nice. Rooms were updated and very clean.

Our flight was to depart at 19:30 and we were allowed to check out at 14:00. The desk staff was wonderful.
Laundry facilities would have been a plus, but we were told we could use those at the Extended Stay nearby.

The staff at 1am or 2pm were excellent. Room was quiet, bed most comfortable, I appreciated the iron and board.
Minor. I asked at the desk for walking directions to downtown. I was routed via streets. I think a much better route is out the back door to the river walk. On site laundry facilities would be a big plus. I was told about the facilities at Extended Stay.

Front Desk Staff was wonderful, St. John's Café was awesome, a special shout out to Sidney and My friend from Memphis{for got his name but he we awesome}and the whole dining staff, thanks maintenance for taking care of a minor problem we had with one of the rooms. Valet was very friendly and also the Bartenders. Oh, special thanks to Josephine for the maps and pamphlets.
