Main reason for choosing Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport: Rate

We only stayed overnight but I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. Also the night clerk was so helpful even though it was midnight and then The day clerk was just as friendly. Even the kitchen attendant was helpful and I found everyone doing their job to keep all the rooms presentable.

The staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions and made arrangements for shuttle at 4:45 AM
No I was very satisfied and will stay at this facility again.

The entire staff was wonderful! Friendly, accomodating and anxious to help. Breakfast was ok, but the plastic egg patties were gross! Scrambled eggs would have been far better. Everything else was fine. No other complaints.
The plastic like egg patties. UGH!!

Basically a quiet, comfortable, clean, reasonably inexpensive place to stay near the airport. No frills, but that's not what I wanted.

Nothing
Everything in the room was wet/damp. The sheets were damp. The furniture was damp such that you could not sit on it or your clothing would get wet. Had to put the next days clothes on something wooden or they would be wet the next day. The carpet was damp. They did not even offer to adjust the bill for such a terrible room. will not stay at Best Western again.

I arrived late --after a full day of travelling. The night staff was pleasant and professional . She checked me in, in a timely manner and Informed me of breakfast!! The hotel was less than a mile from the airport.
