I loved the large suite. I stayed with my grandchildren and there was enough room for us all to be comfortable without tripping over each other. The kitchen was great also. The breakfast was a delight and helps with the cost of the trip. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Good directions to the hotel and it was on the same street and only three walking minutes to the back gate. Now, the condition of the streets there and around to the coliseum is very bad. You had to be very careful where you walked or you would end up falling and breaking an ankle or hip. Of Course, this is not the fault of the hotel. All of the business and travel agencies should put pressure on the mayor and city council to keep these streets in good shape. This coliseum and fair grounds bring in a lot of revenue to the city, so why does the city of Jackson ignore this problem?
We did have a problem with the bathroom and the ice maker on this floor but when we reported it the staff immediately corrected the problem. All of the staff at this Hampton Inn was very professional and you know it is hard to find good help, so give this group a gold star, better still give them a big raise in salary.

Very clean, rooms were roomy, quiet rooms, convient to walk to colesium, and an awsome continuental breakfast

We were partipicating in the State Horse Show. The hotel location was perfect for us. We felt safe and at home. The hot continential breakfast was WONDERFUL! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfy. We stayed here last year and plan to stay every year at Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson-Coliseum!

Staff was very kind and considerae. Room was clean and smelled clean and airy.
Whoever cleaned the room really turned the shower off hard. I'm sure trying to stop a leaky faucet. I had to sit on the side of the tub to break the seal on the faucet to turn on the water in the tub. When I raised up I really cracked my head on the towel holder about the toilet. Ouch!.
