Quiet and clean.....friendly staff.
We forgot retainers when we left, and the staff sent them to our house without a question or a dime!!!!!!!

Convenient
decent breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt
-bed was not queen size as reserved--only a double.
-only one very thin blanket was provided, which barely fit the bed.
-hook on bathroom wall fell ot of the wall

Room was clean and reasonably priced; great location for downtown and also next to shopping and Wegmans for snacks and meals.
The bathroom door would not stay open unless it was blocked with something due to the ironing board behind the bathroom door.
The heater was hard to set to a comfortable temperature. It was either too hot on the lowest setting or did not heat at all. Had to be shut off manually to keep the room from overheating.

Cleanliness, quiet
I had to eat out at breakfast. I can't drink milk which only leaves toast. Try having bagels, with cream cheese and /or butter and bananas instead of toast and oranges. The oranges aren't in season yet and did not look appealing.

The staff was very gracious and accommodating our check in so we could get to the event that brought us to Ithaca. I think we have stayed at this facility during an annual even for the last 5 years and have been more than consistently pleased with staff and the facility. I will be looking forward to making reservations again for our annual event

Good price for the area, nice beds, clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave. Easy to find, and right across from a supermarket.
Strong smell of disinfectant or cleaning agents in the room. Got used to it after an hour or two. Free breakfast only offered breads and cereal.

The facility is not posh but it is clean and comfortable. Furnishings were newer and nice. Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
If you need an extra bed for a child do not bother asking for a folding bed/cot. A bed of nails would have been more comfortable. I didn't expect a Serta but this mattress was horrid.

We liked the location. It was within walking distance to our destination. Also, Wegmans was across the street if we needed anything.
