Our front desk staff member was very helpful with late dinner recommendation and also recommended Taughannock State Park which also was extremely fun.

The refrigerator in the room was noisy. I called the front desk and they immediately sent a maintainance person who changed out the refrigerator.

Everything: clean, friendly staff, no surprises, fantastic bargain with breakfast, convenient location for Ithaca schools, embodiment of reason you stay at chains, for the consistency.
Tiny token gesture lip service exercise room - why bother - turn it into an extension of the pool area.

The bed was very comfortable. The maids were pleasant and kept the room clean and tidy. The breakfast was great! I love it there...wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Not a thing. Oh, and the location is perfect...near my favorite Buttermilk Falls and Tim Hortons. The people at the front desk were very helpful... I could go on and on.
