The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone is friendly, and helpful in using Spanish or figuring out what we want in English. The facilities are awesome. I love the rooms and the grandness of the hotel. Also, off season, so was not crowded.
The pool was a bit dirty and there were some dishes with food on them that sat in the hallway for 3 days when we got there. I told the front desk and they still were not moved. Finally ran into a maid and showed here where they were. She removed them immediately. Covered with ants.
