The location and price were excellent.
There were cobwebs in the corners. The pillow had a huge red stain on it when we got there. Pillows were lumpy and hard. Heater's knob was broken had to constantly turn it on and off ourselves. Just felt dirty and old. TV was so old. Needs updating BADLY. Needs a good cleaning VERY BADLY.

Quietness, helpful gal who checked us in. It is smallish so there isn't lots of noise with people coming and going.
Difficult to locate since the address is not on the main highway. We lucked out and asked at the gas station very close by where the hotel is. Not everyone has a GPS! The breakfast should be more as the price certainly is high enough, other places with the same prices have a more extensive breakfast.

I was on the first floor and all I could hear all night was the people in the room above me walking back and forrth in their room. It was very loud and I was unable to sleep. The walls seem to be very thin and I could hear them talking and their tv was loud also.
