The people at the front desk were great, very helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient to my son's home in Irvine, where I was visiting to celebrate a grandson's high school graduation. The room was clean and efficiently designed, although it was a bit lacking in personality. A few colorful pictures on the walls would help. I didn't have time to sample the food and drink, but my son, who is head of PBS SoCal, has some meetings there and is pleased with the service. I did get a good night's sleep, which was the main reason for being there. So thank you!

We were able to use the Hot tub even though it was closed to most guests by asking for an exception.
Starbucks was great! Would never go there unless it was part of the hotel.
The parking is very difficult and the extra charge of ~$24 should be known upfront
