Found trash under edge of bed, no shampoo in room, pool and hot tub not working, breakfast had no fruit and orange juice watered down
My husband a veteran was taken to VA Hospital by ambulance so I made reservations before taken 115 mile drive in snow storm, when I arrived I found out I only needed one night not two and clerk said absolutely no refund for second night. Very unhappy the way the treat Vets and will let VA know not to recommend this hotel to family of ill vets.
