The rooms were very nice and had easy acessibility for our travel. I likes the fact that there was a table convenient for a card game.
I had asked for an adjoining room and was disappointed we could not get them.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. One thing I loved was that their free breakfast was available beginning at 4AM. We picked this hotel b/c they offered a shuttle to the airport and 24/7 pickup on the return flight.
The condition of the room was horrible. A portion of the carpet was damp and the entire room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom floor was also dirty. You could hear conversations out in the hallway with ease, and the bed pillows were small, hard, and uncomfortable. The fee for the airport shuttle bus service (which allowed us to keep our car in their parking lot) was $25; other hotels in the same area do not charge for their shuttle service, but their rooms are priced higher, too.

The only thing was when on I-465 we didn't know which exit to get off on. The instructions could be more detailed for us older people. We had trouble finding the motel.

Pet friendly. Easy to find off the highway.
Uncomfortable bed. Dirty bathroom. Truck with lights flashing outside our window all night.

It was very quiet for a airport hotel. Very little plane noise.
We could not get our room keys too work and couldnt get in our room for quite some time. When they got the lock changed our new key would not access the outside lock so we had to go in and out threw the lobby. Staff tried to fix the problem as best they could
