The only small complaint would be room heaters are not on thermostats so they run continuously

Hotel has many amenities, lovely lobby, great location, great front-desk and housekeeping staff, free breakfast.
Because I booked online, I was unable to qualify for the loyalty discount and the AAA/AARP discount, causing my price to be more costly. Will not book online again.

Used the exercise room, which was great...
Pillows are like mountains! SOOOO tall .. ended up with sore neck the next morning. Also, internet connectivity is so bad you shouldn't even advertise it. We stayed here last summer and had the same experience. Cannot stay connected for even a minute or two. Was impossible to do some business I needed to do... Worst internet connectivity I've ever seen in a hotel.. PS... I will give you a YES on the next question, but it is very assuming on your part that you would fill in the YES for me...

The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean. I also like that the shower and sink are separate.
It was a little outdated in the rooms.

The room we got was in an excellent location and overlooked the river. The People were great. The red headed lady in the breakfast area was super. The lady at the desk was also super.
I did not like the tour bus people at breakfast. They are pushy, rude, and invasive. This could stop me from going back because they are there early in the morning when everyone is trying to get started.
