FairBridge Extended Stay – a Kitchenette Hotel

The staff was very nice! You should separate the services question from the facilities. We loved the services, the staff and cleaning ladies were awesome, but the hot tub and pool were disgusting!!

We loved how clean everything was....except the pool and hot tub...they were green. I put my legs in the hot tub and my legs were green. I didn't dare sit down in it, I couldn't see the bottom and have seen enough movies that I was afraid I would be met by an eel. It was disgusting!! Because of this I would NEVER recommend that my family stay there. We had several members of our family in different rooms for a wedding in town. Another thing...our key would not open the outside door. It was pouring rain and we ran from the car to the door and our key would not open it. we had to walk down the sidewalk in the rain to the front door. I told the front desk man and he said, "Well, I hope you enjoy your stay". I told him, "I was telling you so you can fix it for the next person to try the door." Another thing...I came down to get towels for our room, because there weren't any, and the front desk man said that he would run them up, but he never did. I dried the next morning with a hand towel.

The service was good and requests to clean the hot tub were granted.

We loved the full breakfast especially. There was plenty to choose from and it was very good. The room was comfortable too.

Pool was dirty, spa was REALLY dirty. Room was overpriced for how outdated it was.

I hate driving and was a nervous wreck by the time I checked in because I was worried about my dog who was with me. I locked myself out three times and had to go get more keys! But the location on the river and green belt was wonderful, was able to take my dog for a nice walk. And this is very close to the beautiful waterfalls. I would definitely stay again.

Kid sized toilets! The hall stunk and was duct taped. Nothing on the breakfast was warm except the milk

Kassie Cain, front desk clerk, is number one in our book. When the locks on the door wouldn't unlock and she saw the condition of the lounge chair and lamp shade she moved us to another room across the hall.

Infra-structure needs up grade, bathroom ceiling deteriorated in first room, grout missing in tub surround, Side walks and parking lots in need of repair, outside doors that front the river do not lock. Had noise in hallway from 1am until 2am, not sure if were patrons or people off the street.

Friendly staff. We arrived very late in the night ( early morning) and the clerk was very helpful.
