Hot tub out of order for a day and tv went on the fritz for one night

The room front to garden was amazing and, the king size bed very comfortable. The water park was a plus for my child.
I found no option to choose a room with jettub (if available)

It's a great family get away! The water park is so fun, lazy river, water slides, wave pool, the kids are entertained for hours. There is a couple restaurants to choose from and a cafe in the water park. There is also a small arcade for the kids.
The food at the Grand Cru was not that great. Pricey and not worth the cost. We had breakfast from Hearth and Kettle and that was good

We used pool most two little kids. They offered movies that were geared for little ones but played them to late to go to them.

Swimming was great outdoors
Jets in door jacussi not adequate much better outside. Breakfast tray next door out all week end long. every event nickel and dimed you. sundaes 5.00 in arcade where you already dropped 20.00 plus. marshmallows ans stick at bonfire another cost. should have been able to buy extra bands for under 6 years old. really they can't even go down slide or wave pool.
