Room was gorgeous, staff were quick to help and did the best with what they had. This hotel seems to have been upgraded but not the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable. Best thing about this hotel is its location.
As stated above the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The in room food menu has not been updated in a long time and those words are straight from the restaurant hostesses mouth. I was VERY disappointed with the bar mixed drink selections.I could not get a pina colada nor a chocolate martini. After inquiring about several other mixed drinks which they were unable to make, my friend and I just went to another bar. So end game is: of the food I tried I would not eat it again and since the bar just seems to be an airport beer bar I won't bother with that again.

I was afraid of being iced in at home and missing my flight. It was easy to get the reservation and they were waiting on me key in hand, even though it was near midnight. I had not seen my husband since the day after Christmas, this trip was very important to me.

The staff room were nice.
The food at the restaurant was terrible the two days i was there. there was also construction going on the during the night which made it hard to sleep.

I really liked the girl at the front desk. She was wonderful and helped us out finding a place to eat and printing my airline ticket. She was so helpful and kind.
All good for the hotel. The guy at the restaurant is another story!

The room was clean but it had not been dusted for some time. The chest the TV sat on was dusty and the TV screen was dusty as well. Other tan the dust it was a good experience
