For a hotel that services people travelling by air, it would be better to have the ability to access food services. My flight left early in the morning and I could only make a cup of coffee in my room.

The pools and hot tub, and the quiet room.
The sides of the pools and hot tub above the water line have been dirty for so long that people have scratched graffiti in the hardened scum. I already reported to the front desk that the only way to close my room's door was to slam it so hard that adjacent rooms rattled.
