Rooms were clean and tidy...
Rest of hotel was very substandard. Elevators were broken the whole time of the visit, leak in ceiling down hall to 2nd floor stairs, leak in juice machine required several towels on the floor to sop up drippings, furniture in lobby appeared to have never been cleaned, one pillow had a hole that allowed feathers to escape, water fountain in lobby was broken with hoses and wires laying out, breakfast consisted of either a bagel or toast. Outside in the stairwell to the 2nd floor was an animal trap that looked large enough for a raccoon. Very unsatisfied with the Ramada Inn and will not return.

Convenience, room cleanliness. Have stayed here before during airport weather issue.
Had to take a smoking room as there were no no-smoking rooms available. Night staff was not terribly accommodating.

Professional staff, especially at the front desk. Excellent rates for the quality and services provided
It would be great if the hotel bar could work as a cafeteria during the day time serving snacks, coffee, drinks, etc.

The staff at the front desk and on the hotel shuttle were very courteous and friendly.
I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. When I got to my first room, it had a used water bottle in it, no coffee, used soap in the shower. I asked for another room. The second room was located upstairs at the very end of a hall - across from my door was an empty room with the door left open and lights off, that had stuff laying around in the hall - probaly being used by maintenance? Kinda creepy for a lady travelling alone, but I had already changed rooms once and was ready to get to bed. In this second room, dark brown water came out of the shower when I first turned it on.
