Clean and comfortable standard hotel for an older pair for short time.
Noisy cooler.
Noisy cooler in the room. Wifi dropped off every now and then. Could not use wifi in tablet and mobile same time. There could be more lights, but this seems to be global problem.

Recreational Vech. parking
Bed was hard as a rock. We had 2 rooms and no one sleep that night.
Towels were like sand paper.
Shower was not clean.

We were staying for 4 days. They put us in a room with a leaking sink that soaked the carpet. The carpet looked like it had been dyed and rubbed off on our socks.

The owner was very well mannered and friendly.
The lock on the door did not work. Could not open the door. Consequently, every time went out, owner had to come with tools to rigitopen. This did not make us feel safe. Owner assured us this would be ok because area very safe, nothing bad had happened in 20 years. Walkng to our room with the owner witnessed a hit and run in the parking lot. Owner told truck owner to call the police. When we arrived, there seemed to be some falks drinking in the parking lot.

Recommendations for dinner at DamBar restaurant
The faucet handle and aircond/heating unit were both very old and not functioning easily. The outside stair, parking lot and walkway were dirty. There were disorderly, inconsiderate "guests" who yelled loudly after 11am, were drinking and playing loud music in the parking lot and letting children run screaming in circles in the parking lot. There is a freight train that passes about every 15 minutes and traffic / trucks are very loud on highway. No fresh milk - only creamer for coffee and nothing fresh.
