The entire presentation could use a little TLC, the room was clean and comfortable. The furnishings and decor needs a facelift

Beds was alright, pool, and room service.
The water was cold in the pool, also the sauna.

Rooms were too small for the size of furniture that was in them. Our TV remote was not working and it took over an hour to get that fixed. At breakfast, there were no spoons for the cereal. We inquired and they said they were out of spoons. My husband ate his cereal with a fork. This one is not up to your usual standards.

The bottom sheet on the second bed did not go to the bottom of the mattress, the refrigerator had brown stuff spilled all over inside. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, the tub had two large cracks on the floor of it. The towels were stained and discolored and there was only two wash cloths and two hand towels for 3 people. Really paid more for this really bad room than it was worth. Next time we will stay at a higher priced hotel for a nicer, cleaner, more cared for room.
