Shuttle driver gave us ride to ER and she also summoned the ER team to
help my husband.

The front desk staff and the hotel manager were absolutely fantastic in that they went the extra mile in helping me resolve a problem with broken glass and liquid (red wine)that stained clothing in my luggage. The shuttle driver also
did a great job for us.
