The staff was wonderful. They took their time to talk with us. We enjoyed talking to the staff from other countries and learning interesting facts from them.
The breakfast buffet was average but really over priced for the quality of food. Next time we will go out for breakfast.

The location was perfect for our 2 days spent at Johnson Space Center. The view of Clear Lake was a great surprise. I enjoyed to space themed rugs, lighting and wall hangings throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake. The lake view from our room was fantastic.
We let the front desk know about the smoke smell we were smelling between the adjoining door. But nothing was done. It happened for the two night we were there. Upon checkout we were offered 500 points but it does make us unhappy that a nonsmoking room had smokers in it.

Very comfortable beds and pillows.. convenience of getting out and in the hotel... eating places close to the hotel.
