Staff Very friendly and accommodating. I had 4 meals from Room Service during my stay, each one was prepared beautifully and was delicious! I enjoyed my stay very much!

My only complaint is there was not a gift shop, etc. that had a wide variety of merchandise that stayed open late. Access to late night snacks, toiletries,magazines, etc., was the only problem I had.

Access to the executive lounge on 24th was worth the extra cost.
