The morning breakfast part of the package and stay was awesome.

The pool was nice and warm as well as the hot tub. However there were no pool towels left in the pool area. When we called to the front desk, they said they would bring some right up. We were there another hour. No towels ever showed up.

The hotel was unbearably noise every night of my stay. The combination of impolite guests, and aging infrastructure made for an all around unpleasant experience. I was unable to get any sleep until 1 or 2 in the morning for what sounded like elephants patrolling the hall.

Location, beds nice and comfortable

Overall apperance of the room was dirty, not kept and dated. battery missing from remote, walls scuffed and dirty, lamp shades old and cracked. expected much better. Won't be back.

It's not that I was disatisfied with the service, it's the way the hotel is setup and the location. Parking was horrific, you can't park your vehicle with your trailer attached,there were so many snowmobiles parked in the driveway that you could not move.

Location right in town.

Desk host seemed like she did not want to be there. No smiles or friendliness. She did give correct information but was extremely dull.
