Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our room was 2 doors down from the ice machine. Everytime someone was getting ice I would know about it. Constantly interrupting my sleep. Move the machine far from the rooms.

Joe at the front desk was super helpful as we're all of the staff.

We had made reservations for a third night at a different time and when we went to use our keys for the third night they did not work. We parked on the end door and couldn't get in very inconvenient it was very cold outside and walking around the building to get in the front door. My parents and sons rooms were very cold when they checked in as if you were standing out in the freezing cold weather. When called the office about parents room the desk clerk said that she didn't think there was anything she could do because there rooms were all booked. We did manage to get the room to heat up. Son checked in after midnight to find a cold room heater wasn't even on. Took about 4 hours to get the room to warm up. My suggestion may be to make sure the heat is on at least on low so it is not freezing when people check in especially in the winter. Other than the cold rooms and key not working the extra day the rooms were nice, clean.

It felt like home.
