Main reason for choosing Quality Inn: Rate
I booked 2 rooms online requested two handicapped rooms.(me)not knowing to ask for the walk in bath. After me going into the rooms, I immediately went back to the front desk and told my request to the manager. She explained the difference in a very professional and courteous manner. "She" apologized,for the mix up (not her fault). She then accommodated us with a smile.
