The breakfast that's included is first class. So often there are limited options at hotels. There are lots of options and the food is excellent.

Nice rooms, and of course great view of river. Restaurant was quite good, and staff were great.
Awful pillows that scrunch way down. One was too falt, and two were tow many. How about just a couple decent foam pillows?

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all time.
The meals were first class and an extensive menu.
Getting to the hotel from Greyhound drop off point was difficult with large bags. There is a limited taxi service but you need to phone ahead.
If you don't have large bags it is an easy 15min walk.

The pool, the food the room
The outside hot tub was broken so it was difficult to watch children in pool and the heaters outside needed to be turned up under the outside shelter.
