Location, location, location.... quality and cleanliness.
The extra "resort/spa fees" were a bit of a surprise, especially since we would only be sleeping there and spending less than 12 hours in the hotel. it would have been nice if these were optional given that non on these "spa services" were even open during our stay there.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet
Road noise, even with a closed balcony door in the 31st Floor at night really loud, mini pools, gardens, poor, puny moana menu on the terraces and lousy service there, the breakfast room is located in the basement
