The proximity to LAX
The upstairs tenant was pounding their feet to music late at night...not the hotel's fault...but it was what I didn't like.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Plus they have a Chinese restaurant attached. That was really nice. The pool was really clean and nice too.
The neighborhood was pretty bad but the bar was full of a lot of filthy mouthed dykes and cross dressers. I got my pina colada and got the heck outta there.

Located solidly in the heart of a large industrial area. NO SERVICES available by foot.
