Location.
Room sparsely furnished. Could only watch TV from bed. Bath tub deep, no grab bars. Sliding glass door between living area and bedroom did not make sense. Lighting in living area was limited.

The staff seemed genuinely happy to help me when I needed it, without the usual condescending attitude that I have experienced elsewhere.
The price is high but, it's all about location, location, location.
